(EN)A microactuator is fabricated by holding myosin on the surface, loading bundled actin filaments thereon to form a protein construct and three-dimensionally processing the surface so as to allow the bundled actin filaments to serve as an operation member. Thus, an in vitro motility assay system on the baseboard of the bundled actin filaments and a microactuator are provided.
(FR)Selon la présente invention, un microactionneur est fabriqué en maintenant de la myosine à la surface, en chargeant des filaments d’actine en faisceau sur celle-ci pour former une construction protéinique et en traitant de manière tridimensionnelle la surface de manière à permettre que lesdits filaments servent d’élément de fonctionnement. Ainsi, un système d’essai de motilité in vitro sur le plateau de filaments d’actine en faisceau et un microactionneur sont proposés.
