(EN)A process for producing an unsaturated hydrocarbon compound, comprising dimerizing an &agr;-olefin in the presence of a catalyst containing a metallocene compound (A) and an oxygenous organometallic compound modified with a halogenous compound (B). This process realizes efficient production of unsaturated hydrocarbon compounds of high concentration with a terminal having an unsaturated double bond, especially a terminal having a vinylidene group.
(FR)La présente invention décrit un procédé de synthèse d'un composé de type hydrocarbure insaturé, ladite méthode comprenant la dimérisation d'une &agr;-oléfine en présence d'un catalyseur contenant un dérivé de métallocène (A) et un composé organométallique oxygéné modifié par un composé halogéné (B). Ledit procédé permet la synthèse efficace de composés de type hydrocarbure insaturé à concentration élevée portant en bout de chaîne une double liaison insaturée, en particulier une terminaison portant un groupement vinylidène.
