(EN)A tie bar strain measurement device in which, even if an installation belt has an elongation, the elongation is absorbed and a strain sensor is continuously pressed against a tie bar with sufficient pressing force. A strain gage is fixed to a strain gage fixation member. A belt-like member is wound around the outer periphery of the tie bar, and the strain gage fixation member is held on the outer peripheral surface of the tie bar while being pressed. The belt-like member is tightened by a tightening device. Tightening force by the tightening device is produced by an elastic restoring force of a coned disc spring provided in the tightening device.
