(EN)Disclosed is an easily manufacturable multilayer piezoelectric device wherein a multilayer body is prevented from being mechanically destroyed by a stress. Specifically disclosed is a multilayer piezoelectric device wherein a multilayer body (10) is internally provided with a crack-inducing conductor layer (13) for forming a fine crack in the multilayer body (10). By relieving the stress with the fine crack, formation of such a large crack reaching the piezoelectric active portion can be suppressed.
(FR)L’invention concerne un dispositif piézoélectrique multicouche facilement fabricable dans lequel un corps multicouche est protégé d’une destruction mécanique par contrainte. L’invention concerne spécifiquement un dispositif piézoélectrique multicouche au sein duquel se trouve un corps multicouche (10) présentant une couche conductrice induisant la fissure (13) pour former une fissure fine dans le corps multicouche (10). Une formation d’une telle fissure large endommageant la partie active piézoélectrique peut être empêchée en éliminant la contrainte au moyen de la fissure fine.
