(EN)A process for reducing the fluorosurfactant content of a stabilized fluorosurfactant-containing aqueous fluoropolymer dispersion by passing dispersion through a first fixed bed of anion exchange resin to reduce fluorosurfactant content. The first fixed bed has a working zone which moves though the column as the ion exchange resin is saturated. The process includes monitoring a property of the dispersion as the dispersion exits the fixed bed to determine break though of the working zone indicating saturation of the fixed bed. The property being monitored is selected from the group consisting of pH and conductivity.
(FR)Procédé permettant de réduire la teneur en tensioactif fluoré dans une dispersion fluoropolymère aqueuse, consistant à faire passer ladite dispersion au travers d'un lit fixe de résine échangeuse d'anions dans le but de réduire la teneur en tensioacitf fluoré. Le premier lit fixe présente une zone active qui traverse la colonne lorsque la résine échangeuse d'ions est saturée. Le procédé consiste à surveiller une propriété de la dispersion - prise dans le groupe constitué par le pH et la conductivité - lorsque cette dernière quitte le lit fixe pour déterminer la percée de la zone de travail et donc la saturation du lit fixe.
