(EN)The present invention is a method for determining the thermal stability of a collagen peptide, collagen-like peptide or triple-helix construct with the repeating peptide unit Gly-Xaa1-Xaa2. The instant method accounts for the destabilizing effect of peptide repeats which do not conform to the highly stable Gly-Pro-Hyp peptide and for the interaction between triplets. The instant method finds use in mutant analysis of collagen peptides, collagen-like peptides or triple-helix constructs and engineering of collagen peptides, collagen-like peptides or triple-helix constructs.
(FR)L'invention concerne un procédé de détermination de la stabilité thermique d'un peptide de collagène, d'un peptide de type collagène ou d'un gène hybride à triple hélice comprenant l'unité peptidique de répétition Gly-Xaa1-Xaa2. Le procédé instantané permet la répétition de l'effet de déstabilisation du peptide ne se conformant pas au peptide fortement stable Gly-Pro-Hyp et l'interaction entre les triplés. Le procédé instantané trouve une application dans l'analyse mutante de peptides de collagène, de peptides de type collagène ou de gènes hybrides à triple hélice et dans le technogénie des peptides de collagène, des peptides de type collagène ou les gènes hybrides.
