(EN)A patterned glass substrate is provided for use in a solar cell. The glass substrate is both patterned on at least one surface thereof and has a low iron content. The combination of low iron content, optional oxidizing agent, and the patterning of the glass substrate results in a substrate with high visible transmission and excellent light refracting characteristics.
(FR)L'invention concerne un substrat de verre structuré destiné à être employé dans une cellule solaire. Ledit substrat de verre est structuré sur une surface et présente une faible teneur en fer. La combinaison d'une faible teneur en fer, d'un éventuel agent oxydant et de la structuration du substrat de verre permet d'obtenir un substrat présentant une grande transmission de la lumière visible et d'excellentes caractéristiques de réfraction de la lumière.
