(EN)A continuous segmented chemical reactor vessel (01) with internal heat transfer elements (50), which exhibits a reaction profile approximating a number of continuous stirred tank reactors in series, but which exhibits very high heat transfer, high reaction throughput, high reactant conversion rates, low operating costs, and the ability to be used with a variety of different chemical reactions is disclosed.
(FR)L'invention se rapporte à une cuve de réacteur chimique segmentée continue (01) munie d'éléments de transfert de chaleur internes (50). Cette cuve de réacteur présente un profil de réaction qui ressemble à celui de plusieurs réacteurs-cuves à agitation continue montés en série mais elle assure un transfert de chaleur très élevé, un rendement de réaction élevé et des taux élevés de conversion des réactifs. Les frais d'exploitation sont faibles et la cuve de réacteur peut être utilisée pour divers types de réactions chimiques.
