(EN)It is intended to provide a transdermal absorption patch which is highly excellent in transdermal absorption properties and long-lasting drug effect even in the case where a drug-effect component contained in the transdermal absorption patch is a basic drug hardly soluble in a pressure-sensitive adhesive base, has a high stability of the drug contained therein with the passage of time and can achieve improvement in the compliance and simplification of the administration method. These problems can be solved by providing a transdermal absorption patch which contains a basic drug having an octanol/water partition coefficient (logarithm) in the free state of 3 or above, a pressure-sensitive adhesive base and a (meth)acrylic copolymer having carboxyl group.
(FR)L’invention concerne un patch d'absorption transdermique qui a des propriétés d’absorption transdermique tout à fait remarquables et un effet médicamenteux durable même dans le cas où le composant à effet médicamenteux contenu dans le patch d'absorption transdermique est un médicament de base difficilement soluble dans une base adhésive auto-collante, qui a une grande stabilité médicamenteuse avec l’évolution du temps et qui peut réussir à améliorer l’observance et la simplification du procédé d’administration. La solution proposée consiste à fournir un patch d'absorption transdermique qui contient un médicament de base avec un coefficient de partage octanol/eau (logarithme) à l’état de repos de 3 ou moins, une base adhésive auto-collante et un copolymère (méth)acrylique ayant un groupe carboxyle.
(JA) 本発明の課題は、経皮吸収貼付剤中に含有される薬効成分が粘着基剤に対する溶解性に乏しい塩基性薬物であっても、経皮吸収性および薬効持続性が極めて良好であり、かつ、製剤中における薬物の経時的安定性に優れた貼付剤であって、コンプライアンスの向上および服用方法の簡便化を達成しうる経皮吸収貼付剤を提供することにある。前記課題は、遊離型におけるオクタノール/水分配係数の対数値が3以上の塩基性薬物と、粘着基剤およびカルボキシル基を有する(メタ)アクリル酸コポリマーとを含有する経皮吸収貼付剤により解決される。
