(EN)Methods and reagents for thermally initiated carbonylation with carbon-isotope labeled carbon monoxide using alkyl/aryl iodides with nucleophiles are provided. The resultant carbon-isotope labeled compounds are useful as radiopharmaceuticals, especially for use in Positron Emission Tomography (PET). Associated kits for PET studies are also provided.
(FR)L'invention concerne des procédés et des réactifs de carbonylation initiée thermiquement avec du monoxyde de carbone marqué par des isotopes de carbone utilisant des iodures d'alkyle/aryle avec des nucléophiles. Les composés obtenus marqués par des isotopes de carbone sont utiles en tant qu'agents radio-pharmaceutiques notamment pour une utilisation en tomographie par émission de positrons (TEP).
