A communications network for transferring communication frames between a base station and a plurality of subscriber stations. Each frame having sets of information and control messages, wherein at least some of the control messages allocate which set of information corresponds to which subscriber station. The overhead of the control messages being reduced.

L'invention concerne un réseau de communication permettant de transférer des trames de communication entre une station de base et une pluralité de postes d'abonnés. Chaque trame présente des séries d'informations et des messages de contrôle. Parmi ces messages, au moins certains attribuent la série d'informations qui correspond à un poste d'abonné. La surcharge des messages de contrôle est, ensuite, réduite.
