Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to erecting tall heavy objects like wind turbine generators, which on remote places like on sea are complicated to assemble. The invention deals with picking a complete wind turbine generator and placing it on its foundation in one operation. Especially the invention concerns a lifting device for a wind turbine generator. A yoke (5) defines the connection between tower (8) of the wind turbine generator (9) and a crane (11) , where the yoke (5) interacts with the tower (8) and in the lifting position lifts a complete wind turbine generator (9) in connection with erection or service. By this arrangement, all the major unbalanced components will be positioned below the hook or attachment point of the wire of the crane. The WTG rotor is balanced and the blade position will have no influence on a stable lift.
(FR) L'invention concerne l'érection de grands objets lourds tels que des génératrices éoliennes, qui sont difficiles à assembler sur des lieux reculés, notamment en mer. L'invention consiste à prendre une génératrice éolienne complète et à la placer sur sa fondation en une opération. L'invention concerne notamment un dispositif de levage pour une génératrice éolienne. Une noix de cardan (5) définit le raccordement entre la tour (8) de la génératrice éolienne (9) et une grue (11). Cette noix de cardan (5) interagit avec la tour (8) et, dans la position de levage, lève une génératrice éolienne complète (9) dans le but de la dresser ou de la mettre en service. Dans cet arrangement, tous les composants principaux asymétriques sont disposés sous le crochet ou le point d'attache du filin de la grue. Le rotor de la génératrice éolienne est équilibré et la position de la pale n'exerce aucune influence sur la stabilité du levage.
