Abstract
(EN) [PROBLEMS] To increase soundproof performance of a cooling structure of a construction machine on an intake side without increasing the size of an intake chamber. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] The intake chamber (16) is formed in an engine room (12) on the intake side of a heat exchanger (15), and a first intake port (17) is formed in the upper surface part of the intake chamber (16). An independent duct (18) as a shielding member is installed in the intake chamber (16) so as to surround airtight the core surface (15a) of the heat exchanger (15) from the periphery and the inside of the intake chamber (16) can be partitioned into two chambers (16a) and (16b). A second intake port (23) is formed in the duct (18) to form the intake chamber (16) in a double duct structure so as to lead an air sucked from the first intake port (17) to the core surface (15a) of the heat exchanger through an intake passage bent in a roughly L-shape.
(FR) L'invention entend améliorer les performances d’isolation phonique d’une structure de refroidissement sur un équipement de construction sur un côté admission sans accroître la taille d’une chambre d’admission. La chambre d’admission (16) est formée dans un local machine (12) sur le côté admission d’un échangeur de chaleur (15), et un premier orifice d’admission (17) est ménagé dans la partie de surface supérieure de la chambre d’admission (16). Un conduit indépendant (18), servant d’organe de protection, est installé dans la chambre d’admission (16) de façon à entourer de manière étanche à l’air la surface centrale (15a) de l’échangeur de chaleur (15) de la périphérie, et l’intérieur de la chambre d’admission (16) peut être divisé en deux chambres (16a) et (16b). Un deuxième orifice d’admission (23) est ménagé dans le conduit (18) pour former la chambre d’admission (16) en double structure de conduit de façon à diriger l’air aspiré du premier port d’admission (17) à la surface centrale (15a) de l’échangeur de chaleur au travers d’un passage d’admission courbé approximativement en L.
(JA) 【課題】 吸気室を拡張せずに、しかも吸気側の防音性能を向上させる。 【解決手段】 エンジンルーム12内における熱交換器15の吸気側に吸気室16を形成し、この吸気室16の上面部に第1吸気口17を設ける。吸気室16には、遮蔽部材としての独立したダクト18を、熱交換器15のコア面15aを周囲から気密に囲うとともに、吸気室16内を二室16a,16bに仕切る状態で設ける。このダクト18に第2吸気口23を設けることにより、吸気室16を二重ダクト構造とし、第1吸気口17から吸い込んだ空気を略L字形に屈折した吸気通路を通して熱交換器コア面15aに導くように構成した。
