Abstract
(EN) The invention relates generally to a method for the high expression of immunoglobulin in plants. In particular, the invention relates to a plant expression vector comprising an expression cassette comprising a first polynucleotide sequence coding for an immunoglobulin molecule, a promoter capable of promoting expression of said first polynucleotide sequence and a second polynucleotide sequence coding for a terminator, wherein said promoter and second polynucleotide sequence are both of plant origin.
(FR) La présente invention concerne d'une manière générale un procédé qui permet l'expression élevée d'immunoglobuline dans des végétaux. En particulier, la présente invention concerne un vecteur d'expression végétal qui comprend une cassette d'expression comprenant une première séquence polynucléotidique codant une molécule d'immunoglobuline, un promoteur capable de favoriser l'expression de ladite première séquence polynucléotidique et une seconde séquence polynucléotidique codant un terminateur, ledit promoteur et ladite seconde séquence polynucléotidique étant tous deux d'origine végétale.
