Abstract

Thermostable omega-transaminases, particularly thermostable omega-transaminases which have a high reaction rate and which are tolerant to high concentrations of donor amine, can be used to enrich enantiomerically a mixture of chiral amines or to synthesize stereoselectively one of a air of chiral amines in which the amino group is bound to a non-terminal, chirally substituted, carbon atom.

La présente invention a trait à des transaminases-oméga thermostables, notamment des transaminases-oméga présentant une grande vitesse de réaction et qui sont tolérante vis-à-vis des concentrations élevées d'amine donneuse, pouvant être utilisées pour l'enrichissement énantiomérique d'une mélange d'amines chirales ou pour la synthèse stéréosélective d'une parmi une paire d'amines chirales dans laquelle le groupe amine est lié à un atome de carbone non terminal à substitution chirale.
