Abstract
(EN) Interferometer and autocorrelator based sensors are disclosed that are configured to have multiple sample arms (1410, 1414, 1418) which can be scanned and the backscattered low coherence light from a sample resolved in a single sweep of one or more variable delays (1458, 1464) of the sensor. Borescopes and catheters capable of scanning multiple sections or areas of materials and tissues using these sensors are described.
(FR) L'invention porte sur des détecteurs fondés sur un interféromètre et un autocorrélateur configurés de manière à avoir plusieurs bras échantillons (1410, 1414, 1418) qui peuvent être scannés et la lumière à faible cohérence rétrodiffusée issue d'un échantillon peut être résolue par un seul balayage d'un ou plusieurs retards variables (1458, 1464) du détecteur. L'invention porte aussi sur des endoscopes et des cathéters capables de balayer plusieurs sections ou zones de matériaux et de tissus au moyen des détecteurs.
