Abstract
(EN) A process for efficiently producing a toner for electrostatic charge image development that reduces toner aggregation, being free blocking during storage and staining onto image forming apparatus, and that excels in image characteristics. There is provided a process for producing a toner for electrostatic charge image development, characterized by including feeding a monomer into a dispersion containing a wax and a polymerizable monomer having a C8-C100 hydrocarbon and polymerizing the same followed by coagulation treatment.
(FR) L’invention concerne un procédé pour fabriquer efficacement un toner destiné au développement d’images à charge électrostatique qui réduit l’agrégation du toner, celui-ci ne s’accumulant pas lors du stockage, ne tachant pas l’appareil de formation d’images et présentant d’excellentes caractéristiques d’images. Le procédé de l’invention comprend l’introduction d’un monomère dans une dispersion contenant une cire et un monomère polymérisable comportant un hydrocarbure en C8 à C100 et la polymérisation du monomère, suivie par un traitement de coagulation.
(JA)  トナーの凝集が少なく、保存時のブロッキングや画像形成装置への汚染がなく、画像特性に優れた静電荷像現像用トナーを効率よく製造する方法を提供する。  ワックスと炭素数8~100の炭化水素を有する重合性単量体を含有する分散液中に、モノマーを供給し、重合させ、次いで凝集処理を行なうことを特徴とする静電荷像現像用トナーの製造方法。
