Abstract
(EN) A tire molding device capable of preventing the entry of air in molding a ribbon-laminated tire, wherein when the ribbon-laminated tire is molded by spirally wrapping a ribbon (S) around a molding drum (1), a pressing roll is drivingly controlled to be rotated around a Z-axis and a Y-axis as well as to be moved in X-axis and Y-axis directions so that it can be moved in the axial direction of the molding drum (1) in synchronism with the sticking roll (2) of a ribbon extruder (3) and can vertically press the surface of the ribbon laminatedly and spirally wrapped around the molding drum (1).
(FR) L’invention concerne un dispositif de moulage de pneu capable d’empêcher la pénétration d’air dans le moulage d’un pneu stratifié en ruban, où lorsque le pneu stratifié en ruban est moulé par enroulement d’un ruban (S) en spirale sur un tambour de moulage (1), un rouleau de pressage est entraîné pour tourner sur un axe Z et un axe Y et pour se déplacer dans l’axe X et l’axe Y pour qu’il puisse se déplacer dans la direction axiale du tambour de moulage (1) en synchronisme avec le rouleau de collage (2) d’une extrudeuse en ruban (3) et comprimer verticalement la surface du ruban stratifié et enroulé en spirale sur le tambour de moulage (1).
(JA)  リボン積層タイヤの成型時のエア入りを防止する。成型ドラム(1)上にリボン(S)を螺旋状に巻き付けてリボン積層タイヤを形成する際に、リボン押出機(3)の貼付けロール(2)と同期して押付ロールを成型ドラム(1)の軸方向に移動可能とすると共に、成型ドラム(1)に重ねて螺旋状に巻回されたリボン面に直角に当接して押し付けることができるように、X軸,Y軸方向の移動に加えZ軸、更にはY軸の回りで旋回できるように駆動制御する。
