Abstract
(EN) A method for producing a resin joint boot capable of being fixed to an outer case having noncircular outer circumferential profile, comprising a step for injection molding a parison (40) consisting of a first portion (42) having a plurality of protrusions (24) at the inner circumferential part and corresponding to a large diameter side fixing section (14), a second portion (44) corresponding to a small diameter side fixing section (12), and a third portion (46) for coupling them using an injection molding die (50), and a step for blow molding a bellows section (16) by covering the outer circumference of the third portion with a blow molding die (85). The injection molding die (50) is provided with a core (55) for forming a material removing hole (25) in the outer surface of the protrusion (24) such that the core can be advanced to a cavity (56) for forming the protrusion or retracted therefrom. The parison is injection molded while the core is kept projecting into the cavity and the core is retracted from the cavity at the time of mold releasing.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé pour produire un soufflet de joint en résine pouvant être fixé à un boîtier extérieur présentant un profil circonférentiel extérieur non circulaire, comprenant une étape consistant à mouler par injection une paraison (40) constituée d’une première partie (42) comportant une pluralité de saillies (24) au niveau de la partie circonférentielle intérieure et correspondant à une section de fixation latérale de diamètre important (14), une deuxième partie (44) correspondant à une section de fixation latérale de petit diamètre (12) et une troisième partie (46) pour les coupler à l’aide d’un moule à injection (50) et une étape consistant à mouler par soufflage une section de soufflet (16) en recouvrant la circonférence extérieure de la troisième partie avec un moule de soufflage (85). Le moule à injection (50) est pourvu d’un noyau (55) pour former un trou d’évacuation de matériau (25) dans la surface extérieure de la saillie (24) de sorte que le noyau puisse être avancé jusqu’à une cavité (56) pour former la saillie ou rétracté à partir de celle-ci. La paraison est moulée par injection alors que le noyau est maintenu en saillie dans la cavité et le noyau est rétracté à partir de la cavité lors du démoulage.
(JA)  非円形な外周形状のアウターケースに取り付けられる樹脂製ジョイントブーツの製造方法であって、内周部に複数の凸部24を持つ大径側取付部14に対応する第1部分42と、小径側取付部12に対応する第2部分44と、両者を連結する第3部分46とからなるパリソン40を、射出成形型50を用いて射出成形する工程と、第3部分の外周をブロー成形型85で覆って蛇腹部16をブロー成形する工程と、を含む。射出成形型50は、凸部24の外表面に肉抜き穴25を形成するためのコア55が凸部を成形するキャビティ56に対して進退可能に設けられ、射出工程時、コアをキャビティ内に突出させた状態でパリソンを射出成形し、脱型する際にはコアをキャビティから退出させる。
