Abstract
(DE) Kraftstoffeinspritzventil für Brennkraftmaschinen mit einer in einem Ventilkörper (1) angeordneten Ventilaussennadel (8) und einer in der Ventilaussennadel (8) angeordneten Ventilinnennadel (10), die durch ihre Längsbewegung mit einem im wesentlichen konischen Ventilsitz (18) zusammenwirken. Dadurch wird ein Kraftstofffluss aus einem mit Kraftstoff befüllbaren Druckraum (14) zu wenigstens zwei Spritzlochreihen (30; 32) gesteuert, wobei die Spritzlochreihen (30; 32) jeweils wenigstens ein Spritzloch umfassen. Die Ventilaussennadel steuert den Kraftstofffluss zu der äußeren Spritzlochreihe (30), während die Ventilinnennadel (10) bei der inneren Spritzlochreihe (32) dieselbe Funktion hat. Sämtliche Spritzlöcher (22) der inneren Spritzlochreihe (32) weisen den gleichen Eintrittsöffnungs-Durchmesser (d5) auf und sämtliche Spritzlöcher (20) der äusseren Spritzlochreihe (30) weisen ebenfalls den gleichen Eintrittsöffnungs-Durchmesser (d3) auf, wobei der Eintrittsöffnungs-Durchmesser (d5) der inneren Spritzlöcher (22) von dem der äußeren Spritzlöcher (20) verschieden ist (Figur 2).
(EN) The invention relates to a fuel-injection valve for internal combustion engines, comprising an outer valve needle (8) that is located in a valve body (1) and an inner valve needle (10) that is located in the outer valve needle (8), said needles co-operating with an essentially conical valve seat (18) by means of their longitudinal displacement. This enables fuel to flow from a pressure chamber (14) that can be filled with fuel to at least two rows of injection orifices (30; 32), said rows of injection orifices (30; 32) comprising at least one respective injection orifice. The outer valve needle controls the fuel flow to the outer row of injection orifices (30) and the inner valve needle (10) fulfils the same function for the inner row of injection orifices (32). All the injection orifices (22) in the inner row of injection orifices (32) have an identical entry opening diameter (d5) and all the injection orifices (20) in the outer row of injection orifices (30) likewise have an identical entry opening diameter (d3), the entry opening diameter (d5) of the inner injection orifices (22) differing from that of the outer injection orifices (20).
(FR) L'invention concerne une soupape d'injection de carburant pour moteurs à combustion interne, cette soupape comprenant une aiguille extérieure (8) disposée dans un élément de soupape (1) et une aiguille intérieure (10) se trouvant dans l'aiguille extérieure (8), ces aiguilles coopérant par leur mouvement longitudinal avec un siège (18) de soupape sensiblement conique. Un flux de carburant est ainsi dirigé d'une chambre de pression (14) remplie de carburant vers au moins deux lignes d'orifices d'injection (30; 32) comportant chacune au moins un orifice d'injection. L'aiguille extérieure de la soupape dirige le flux de carburant vers la ligne d'orifices d'injection extérieure (30), et l'aiguille intérieure (10) de la soupape le dirige vers la ligne d'orifices d'injection intérieure (32). Tous les orifices d'injection (22) de la ligne d'orifices d'injection intérieure (32) ont le même diamètre d'entrée (d5) et tous les orifices d'injection (20) de la ligne d'orifices d'injection extérieure (30) ont également le même diamètre d'entrée (d3), le diamètre d'entrée (d5) des orifices d'injection intérieurs (22) étant différent de celui des orifices d'injection extérieurs (20).
