Abstract
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft eine Gelenkeinheit eines Lenkers einer Radaufhängung in einem Kraftfahrzeug, mit einem Gehäuse (1) und einem Zapfen (2), der mittels ein sphäroiden Lagerfläche (3] in dem Gehäuse gleitend gelagert ist, wobei die Gelenkeinheit eine Fangvorrichtung (4) zur Vermeidung der vollständigen Separation des Gehäuses (1) vom Zapfen (2) aufweist, die im Normalbetrieb einen Teil des Gehäuses (1) berührungslos überspannt. Erfindungsgemäß weist die Fangvorrichtung (4) wenigstens ein flexibles Fangband oder mindestens einen Sicherungsbügel (4.1, 4.2) mit einer Ausnehmung (4.1.1, 4.2.1), in die im Normalbetrieb ein Fangzapfen (1.1, 1.2) des Gehäuses berührungslos hineinragt oder wenigstens zwei Sicherungsbügel (4.1 und 4.2) auf.
(EN) The invention relates to a joint unit for a tie rod on a wheel suspension on a motor vehicle, comprising a housing (1) and a pin (2), which is slidably held in the housing by means of a spherical bearing surface (3), whereby the joint unit comprises an arrester device (4) to avoid the complete separation of the housing (1) from the pin (2), which in normal operation spans a part of the housing without contact. According to the invention, the arrester device (4) comprises at least one flexible arrester strap or at least one security loop (4.1, 4.2) with a recess (4.1.1, 4.2.1), into which, during normal operation, an arrester pin (1.1, 1.2) on the housing extends without contact or at least two security loops (4.1 and 4.2).
(FR) L'invention concerne une articulation d'un bras oscillant d'une suspension de roue, montée dans un véhicule automobile, comportant un boîtier (1) et un tourillon (2) qui est monté de manière à coulisser dans le boîtier au moyen d'une surface d'appui (3) sphéroïde. Cette articulation présente un dispositif d'arrêt (4) empêchant que le boîtier (1) ne se sépare totalement du tourillon (2), ce dispositif recouvrant son contact une partie du boîtier (1) en mode de fonctionnement normal. Selon l'invention, le dispositif d'arrêt (4) présente au moins une bande d'arrêt souple ou au moins un étrier d'arrêt (4.1,4.2) comportant un évidement (4.1.1, 4.2.1) dans lequel un tourillon d'arrêt (1.1,1.2) du boîtier fait saillie sans contact, en mode de fonctionnement normal, ou au moins deux étriers d'arrêt (4.1 et 4.2).
