Abstract
(EN) A method of copolymerizing cyclic olefins and polar vinyl olefins, a copolymer produced by the method, and an optical anisotropic film including the copolymer are provided. According to the copolymerization method, a cyclic olefin and a polar vinyl olefin can be effectively copolymerized using a catalyst system composed of a compound containing a group 13 element and a radical initiator. The resulting copolymer is transparent, and has high adhesion, thermal stability, optical anisotropy and strength, and a low dielectric constant. The optical film including the copolymer can be used as a plastic lens, a polarizer protective film, an adhesive film, and a compensation film, and in a LCD display.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de copolymérisation d'oléfines cycliques et d'oléfines vinyliques polaires, un copolymère obtenu par ce procédé, et un film optique anisotrope contenant ce copolymère. Ce procédé copolymérisation permet la copolymérisation efficace d'une oléfine cyclique et d'une polyoléfine vinylique polaire au moyen d'un système catalyseur formé d'un composé contenant un élément du groupe 13, et un amorceur de polymérisation radicalaire. Le copolymère résultant est transparent et présente une adhérence, une stabilité thermique, une anisotropie optique et une résistance élevées, et une faible constante diélectrique. Ce film optique contenant le copolymère peut être utilisé comme lentille de plastique, film protecteur polarisant, film adhésif, et film de compensation, et convient également pour un écran à cristaux liquides.
