Abstract
(EN) An chip type aluminum electrolytic capacitor which raises the temperature of a lead wire exposed from an insulation terminal board earlier than other components, allows a highly reliable soldering in a comparatively slow reflow atmospheric environment, and is excellent in vibration resistance. The capacitor comprises an insulation terminal board (3) that is provided in the outer surface thereof with an insertion hole (2a) through which a pair of lead wires (2) led out form the sealing member of a capacitor body are inserted and a first recessed groove (5) for housing the lead wires (2) passed through this hole and bent perpendicularly, and that is mounted so as to contact the sealing member. A metal electrode (4) is embedded in the inner surface and its vicinity of the first recessed groove (5) provided in the insulation terminal board (3), with part of the metal electrode (4) exposed to the end surface (3a) of the insulation terminal board (3). A bidirectional second recessed groove (6) reaching the ends (3a1, 3a2) of the insulation terminal board from the insertion hole in the insulation terminal board (3) is provided.
(FR) L’invention concerne un condensateur électrolytique aluminium de type puce qui relève la température d’un fil conducteur exposé à partir d‘une carte à borne isolante plus tôt que les autres composants, permet un brasage extrêmement fiable dans un environnement atmosphérique à reflux relativement lent, et d’une excellente résistance aux vibrations. Le condensateur comprend une carte à borne isolante (3) disposée à la surface externe de celui-ci avec un trou d’insertion (2a) à travers lequel une paire de fils conducteurs (2) sortant de l’élément d’étanchéité d’un corps de condensateur sont introduits et une première gorge en retrait (5) permettant de loger les fils conducteurs (2) passés dans ce trou et recourbés à angle droit, et qui est montée de façon à toucher l’élément d’étanchéité. Une électrode de métal (4) est noyée dans la surface interne de la première gorge en retrait (5) et son voisinage dans la carte à borne isolante (3), avec une partie de l’électrode de métal (4) exposée à la surface d’extrémité (3a) de la carte à borne isolante (3). Une seconde gorge en retrait (6) bidirectionnelle, atteignant les extrémités (3a1, 3a2) de la carte à borne isolante depuis le trou d’insertion dans la carte à borne isolante (3) est aménagée.
(JA)  絶縁端子板から露出したリード線の温度を他の部分よりも先に上昇させ、比較的緩いリフロー雰囲気環境で、信頼性の高い半田付けが行え、かつ、耐振動性に優れたチップ型アルミ電解コンデンサを提供する。コンデンサ本体の封口部材から導出された一対のリード線(2)が挿通する挿通孔(2a)およびこの孔を挿通したリード線(2)を直角方向に折り曲げて収納する第1の凹溝(5)を外表面に備えて上記封口部材に当接するように装着された絶縁端子板(3)を備える。絶縁端子板(3)に設けた第1の凹溝(5)の内面およびその周辺に金属電極(4)を埋め込む。かつ金属電極(4)の一部を絶縁端子板(3)の端面部(3a)に露出させる。絶縁端子板(3)の挿通孔から絶縁端子板の端部(3a1,3a2)に達する双方向の第2の凹溝(6)を有する。
