Abstract
(EN) An actuator capable of increasing the moving range of a movable element in which a specified output can be provided by reducing a variation in thrust by stroke amount. Either of the peripheral surfaces (P1) and (P2) of a plunger (7) on which magnetic flux acting surfaces are formed by energization and first and second yoke parts (5) and (6) opposed to the peripheral surfaces (P1) and (P2) of the plunger (7) comprises such configurations that can progressively vary a magnetic resistance according to the movement of the plunger (7).
(FR) La présente invention concerne un actionneur capable d’augmenter la plage de mobilité d’un élément mobile dans lequel un débit spécifié peut être prévu en réduisant une variation de poussée par l’ampleur de course. Les deux surfaces périphériques (P1) et (P2) d’un piston plongeur (7) sur lequel des surfaces d'effet de flux magnétique sont formées par excitation et des première et seconde parties de culasse (5) et (6) en face des surfaces périphériques (P1) et (P2) du piston plongeur (7) comprennent des configurations telles qu’elles peuvent faire progressivement varier une résistance magnétique selon le mouvement du piston plongeur (7).
(JA)  ストローク量による推力の変動を少なくし、一定の出力が得られる可動子の移動範囲を拡大したアクチュエータを提供する。  通電により磁束作用面が形成されるプランジャ7の周面P1、P2又は該プランジャ7の周面P1、P2と対向する第1、第2のヨーク部5、6のいずれかにプランジャ7の移動に伴い磁気抵抗が漸進的に変化する形状を有する。
