Abstract
(EN) A decoding-processing apparatus (1) comprising: a context-calculating unit (2) operable to calculate the probability of symbols contained in incoming bitstreams; a parameter-generating unit (3) operable to generate parameters for use in the context-calculating unit (2); an arithmetic decoding-calculating unit (4) operable to decode the incoming bitstreams in accordance with the probability, thereby providing decoded data; a stream-converting unit (5) operable to convert the decoded data into intermediate bitstreams; a storage unit (6) operable to store the intermediate bitstreams; a synchronization-detecting unit (7) operable to detect calculation start timing from the intermediate bitstreams fed out of the storage unit (6), thereby providing detected calculation start timing; and a multivalued calculating unit (8) operable to permit the intermediate bitstreams fed out of the storage unit (6) to be multivalued in synchronism with the detected calculation start timing from the synchronization-detecting unit (7).
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif (1) de traitement de décodage comprenant: une unité (2) de calcul de contexte qui calcule la probabilité de présence de symboles dans des flux de bits entrants; une unité (3) générant des paramètres, qui produit des paramètres destinés à l'unité (2) de calcul de contexte; une unité (4) de calcul de décodage arithmétique, qui décode les flux de bits entrants selon la probabilité afin de produire des données décodées; une unité (5) de conversion de flux qui convertit les données décodées en flux de bits intermédiaires; une unité de stockage (6) qui stocke les flux de bits intermédiaires; une unité (7) de détection de synchronisation, qui détecte le temps de début de calcul à partir des flux de bits extraits de l'unité de stockage (6) et produit un temps de début de calcul; et une unité (8) de calcul à valeurs multiples, qui met en oeuvre des calculs à plusieurs valeurs sur les flux de bits intermédiaires extraits de l'unité (6) de stockage en synchronisation avec le temps de début de calcul détecté provenant de l'unité (7) de détection de synchronisation.
