Abstract
(EN) A method which can detect a calmodulin structure change easily and quantitatively in a short time and in real time, and a method which can retrieve effectively a matter having activity affecting a calmodulin structure change from among many matters. A matter under test from which activity is to be detected is allowed to act on a sample film consisting of calmodulin to detect changes in sample film tension and/or elasticity made after the matter under test is acted on by a mechanochemical sensor, whereby the method can measure, in real time and in a short time, activity that induces or blocks a calmodulin structure change provided by the matter under test.
(FR) L’invention concerne un procédé capable de détecter un changement de structure de calmoduline facilement et quantitativement en un court laps de temps et en temps réel, et un procédé capable de récupérer de manière efficace une matière ayant une activité affectant un changement de structure de calmoduline parmi de nombreuses matières. On laisse une matière soumise à l’essai, dont on cherche à détecter l’activité, agir sur un film échantillon consistant en calmoduline pour détecter des changements de tension et/ou d’élasticité de film échantillon apportés une fois que la matière en cours d’analyse a subi l’action d’un capteur mécanochimique. Le procédé peut mesurer, en temps réel et en un court laps de temps, une activité induisant ou bloquant un changement de structure de calmoduline provoqué par la matière en cours d’analyse.
(JA)  定量的かつリアルタイムに、カルモデュリンの構造変化を簡便に短時間で検出することができる方法、および、多数の物質の中からカルモデュリンの構造変化に影響を与える活性を有する物質を効率良く探索できる方法を提供することが本発明の課題である。上記課題を解決するために、カルモデュリンよりなる試料膜に、活性を検出するべき被験物質を作用させ、上記被験物質を作用させる前と比べた試料膜の張力及び/または弾性の変化をメカノケミカル式センサーで検出することにより、上記被験物質が有するカルモデュリンの構造変化を誘導または阻害する活性をリアルタイムに短時間で測定できる方法が提供された。
