Abstract
(DE) Eine faltbare intravasal einführbare Blutpumpe (10) besitzt ein rotierbares Laufrad (20) mit Flügeln (54) , eine durch einen Katheter (14) verlaufende flexible Welle (12) zum Antreiben des Laufrades und eine das Laufrad umschließende Umhüllung (24) . Um den technischen Aufbau der Blutpumpe zu vereinfachen und die Robustheit zu erhöhen, weist das Laufrad radial fördernde Flügel auf . Die Umhüllung hat im Bereich des Laufrades eine ringförmige Ausbauchung (30) , wobei zwischen den radial äußeren Enden der Flügel und der Umhüllung ein ringförmiger Umlenkkanal (42) gebildet ist. Das Laufrad und die Umhüllung sind durch relatives Verschieben von Weile und Katheter faltbar.
(EN) Disclosed is a folding intravascularly inserted blood pump (10) comprising a rotatable impeller (20) with blades (54), a flexible shaft which extends through a catheter (14) and is used for driving the impeller, and an envelope (24) that encloses the impeller. In order to simplify the technical design of said blood pump while increasing robustness, the impeller is provided with radially conveying bladed while the envelope encompasses an annular bulge (30) in the area of the impeller, an annular deflection channel (42) being formed between the radially exterior ends of the blades and the envelope. The impeller and the envelope can be folded by relatively displacing the shaft and the catheter.
(FR) L'invention concerne une pompe à sang (10) pliante, pouvant être introduite par voie intravasculaire, présentant une roue (20) à ailettes (54); un arbre flexible (12) s'étendant à travers un cathéter (14) et servant à entraîner la roue ; et une enveloppe (24) entourant la roue. L'objectif de l'invention est de simplifier la conception technique de la pompe à sang et d'accroître la robustesse de cette dernière. A cet effet, la roue présente des ailettes à refoulement radial. L'enveloppe présente, au niveau de la roue, une partie évasée (30). Un canal de déviation (42) annulaire est formé entre les extrémités extérieures, dans le sens radial, des ailettes et l'enveloppe. La roue et l'enveloppe peuvent être pliées par coulissement de l'arbre par rapport au cathéter.
