Abstract
(DE) Ein Reaktor zur Behandlung hochviskoser Kunststoffschmelzen besteht aus einem horizontalen, zylinderförmigen Behälter (2) mit einem Brüdenabzug und mit im Bereich des Schmelzesumpfs durch die Anordnung von Blechwänden vorhandenen Kammern, durch die als Rührelemente (4, 5) dienende, über Speichen an einer Welle (3) befestigte Ringscheiben rotierbar sind, wobei in den Zwischenräumen der Ringscheiben (4, 5) jeweils zwei einander gegenüberliegende, stationär mit der Innenseite des Behälters verbundene Abstreifer (6, 7) winkelversetzt geführt und mit engem Abstand an den Stirnseiten der Ringscheiben und dem Mantel der Welle (3) vorbeigeführt sind. Zur Vereinfachung der Montage und Demontage der Welle und der Abstreifer ist vorgesehen, die Abstreifer jeweils mittels einer Formschlussverbindung (13, 19) mit der Innenseite des Behälters zu verbinden.
(EN) The invention relates to a reactor for the treatment of highly viscous plastic melts, comprising a horizontal, cylindrical container (2) with a vapour exhaust and chambers in the region of the melting bath, formed by the arrangement of panel walls, in which annular discs, fixed to a shaft (3) by spokes and serving as stirrer elements (4, 5) may be rotated, whereby, in the cavities of the annular discs (4, 5), two opposing scrapers (6, 7) are fixed to the inside of the container at an offset angle and run past at a small separation from the front faces of the annular discs and the sleeve of the shaft (3). According to the invention, the assembly and disassembly of the shaft and scraper is simplified by connection of the scraper to the inside of the container by means of a positive connection (13, 19).
(FR) L'invention concerne un réacteur servant à traiter des masses fondues de plastique de viscosité élevée. Ce réacteur comprend : un récipient cylindrique horizontal (2) comportant un conduit d'évacuation de vapeur, et ; des chambres qui sont ménagées dans la zone du bain de fusion au moyen de parois en tôle, et dans lesquelles des disques annulaires qui servent d'agitateurs (4, 5), et qui sont fixés sur un arbre (3) par l'intermédiaire de rayons peuvent être animés d'un mouvement de rotation. Selon l'invention, deux racles opposées (6, 7) qui sont fixées sur la face interne du récipient sont respectivement guidées selon un décalage angulaire dans les espaces intermédiaires des disques annulaires, de manière à passer devant les faces des disques annulaires et la surface latérale de l'arbre (3), à une faible distance de celles-ci. Pour simplifier le montage et le démontage de l'arbre et des racles, lesdites racles sont reliées avec la face interne du récipient, respectivement par liaison de forme.
