Abstract
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft einen Einschraubkörper mit sich änderndem Gewinde profil, insbesondere eine einschraubbare künstliche Hüftgelenkpfanne (1, 9, 17) und ein Verfahren zur Herstellung derartiger Einschraubkörper. Zwecks Realisierung eines bestimmten Verlaufs der Gewinde zahnhöhe entlang der Gewindeer- Streckung wird vorgeschlagen, die in Einschraubrichtung zeigende Flanke des Gewindezahns (20-24) mit konstantem Winkel, und die andere Flanke des Gewindezahns (20-24) mit sich änderndem Winkel auszuführen. Zusätzlich wird vorgeschlagen, dem Gewindezug eine Art Treppenfunktion aus Rampen und Stufen zu überlagern, um so jeweils einen Freiwinkel und eine exponierte Position des Gewindezahns zu verwirklichen. Die praktische Umsetzung des Verfahrens erfordert eine CNC-Maschine, vorzugsweise eine CMC-Drehmaschine, mit so genannter B-Achse und eine bestimmte Vorgehensweise hinsichtlich der Pro grammierung. Die Gewindegestaltung gemäß der Erfindung führt insbesondere bei einer selbstschneidenden Auslegung zu einer Reduzierung der beim Einschrauben in zähes Material erforderlichen Kräfte (Fig. 3).
(EN) The invention relates to a screw-in member comprising a changing thread profile, particularly a screwable artificial acetabulum (1, 9, 17), and a method for producing such screw-in members. In order to create a specific progress of the thread tooth height along the extension of the thread, the flank of the thread tooth (20 -24) that points in the direction of screwing is embodied at a constant angle while the other flank of the thread tooth (20 -24) is embodied at a changing angle. Additionally, some type of stair function that is composed of ramps and steps is superimposed on the thread flight so as to obtain one respective free angle and an exposed position of the thread tooth. A CNC machine, preferably a CNC lathe, which comprises a B axis as well as a specific programming procedure are required for carrying out the inventive method. The inventive thread design allows the forces required for screwing into tough material to be reduced, especially in a self-cutting embodiment.
(FR) L'invention concerne un corps à visser présentant un profil fileté variable, notamment un cotyle prothétique vissable. L'invention concerne également un procédé pour la production de tels corps à visser. L'objectif de l'invention est de permettre la réalisation d'un tracé déterminé de la hauteur des dents de filetage le long de l'étendue du filetage. A cet effet, le flanc, orienté dans le sens de vissage, de la dent du filetage présente un angle constant tandis que l'autre flanc de la dent du filetage présente un angle variable. En outre, une fonction en escalier constituée de rampes et de gradins est superposée au filet pour créer ainsi un angle de dépouille et une position exposée de la dent du filetage. La mise en oeuvre pratique de ce procédé nécessite une machine à commande numérique, de préférence un tour à commande numérique, présentant un 'axe B' et mode opératoire particulier pour la programmation. La conception du filetage selon l'invention permet, notamment dans le cas d'un corps autotaraudeur, de réduire les forces nécessaires lors du vissage dans un matériau tenace.
