Abstract
(EN) A sealed cookware and servingware object, such as a pressure cooker(110), is provided. The object is temperature and pressure regulated using control technology such as Radio Frequency Identification (RFID)(130) technology and temperature sensors(150) associated with the objects. In a first embodiment, the temperature sensor(150) is at least partially embedded in the base of the object. In a second embodiment, the temperature sensor(150) extends through a tunnel in a wall of the object and includes a sealing cap to cover th tunnel and prevent air and/or liquid from escaping the interior of the object..
(FR) L'invention concerne un objet de cuisson et de service étanche, tel qu'un autocuiseur. Cet objet est régulé en pression et en température à l'aide d'une technologie de contrôle, telle que la technologie d'identification par radiofréquence (RFID), et de capteurs de température associés aux objets. Selon un premier mode de réalisation, le capteur de température est au moins partiellement encastré dans la base de l'objet. Selon un second mode de réalisation, ce capteur de température s'étend à travers un tunnel pratiqué dans une paroi de l'objet et présente un capuchon d'étanchéité destiné à recouvrir le tunnel et éviter que l'air et/ou le liquide ne s'échappe de l'intérieur de l'objet.
