Abstract
(EN) A nontoxic micro anti-bacterial film coated with silver nano-particles and a method of manufacturing the same are disclosed. The method of manufacturing a non-toxic micro anti-bacterial film coated with silver nano- particles including the steps of: producing mixed/combined powers as anti- bacterial powders, thermosensitive or photosensitive ink capsule powers, and fragrant capsule powders, and silver nano powder are combined with an additive; producing solid powders as 20˜50weight % of the mixed/combined powders, and 50˜80weight% of olefin, acrylic or urethane binder are mixed and then disperse; producing a paste type of print ink as 30weight% of the solid powders and 70weight% of solvent are mixed; and printing the print ink on a thin film made of olefin resin, acrylic resin, and urethane resin, using a silk screen printing method, printing a predetermined design thereon. The designs of the non-toxic micro ant i -bacterial film can be pressed and transferred to the stationery products or the necessaries of life. Therefore, users can obtain joy and interest from the products as designs are changed according to temperature change. Also, the non-toxic micro anti- bacterial film exhales fragrance and has anti-bacterial operation.
(FR) L'invention concerne un film non toxique antibactérien de microdimension revêtu de nanoparticules d'argent et un procédé de fabrication correspondant, selon les étapes suivantes : production de poudres mélangées/combinées comme poudres antibactériennes, de poudres à capsules d'encre thermosensibles ou photosensibles, et de poudres à capsules parfumées, et de poudres de nanoparticules d'argent, auxquelles on ajoute un additif ; production de poudres solides représentant, en poids, 20-50 % des poudres mélangées/combinées, et 50-80 % d'un liant oléfinique, acrylique ou d'uréthanne, puis mélange et dispersion ; production d'une encre d'impression de type pâte représentant, en poids, 30 % des poudres solides et 70 % d'un solvant, puis mélange ; application de ladite encre sur un film mince en résine oléfinique, acrylique et d'uréthanne, en impression au cadre, pour imprimer sur le film un motif préétabli. On peut transférer les motifs de ce genre de film sur des produits de papeterie ou autres articles de nécessité pour la vie quotidienne. L'utilisateur éprouve ainsi du plaisir et de l'intérêt pour les produits et motifs en question, qui se transforment en fonction de la température. Enfin, ce type de film exhale un parfum et a un effet antibactérien.
