Abstract
(EN) [PROBLEMS] To suppress image quality deterioration while expanding a dynamic range. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] In the following manner, an image sensor reads out a signal charge accumulated in image pickup elements from an area sensor wherein a plurality of image pickup elements are arranged in matrix. First, after setting a plurality of different exposure times, these exposure times are separately allotted to each line of the area sensor. Then, the signal charge accumulated in the image pickup element in the allotted exposure time is read out by a line unit of the area sensor. Then, the read out signal charges are composed by a screen unit of the area sensor.
(FR) L'objet de la présente invention est de supprimer la détérioration de qualité d’image tout en étendant une plage dynamique. Pour ce faine, le capteur d'image selon l'invention extrait une charge de signal accumulée dans des éléments de capture d’image à partir d’un capteur de zone, une pluralité d’éléments de capture d’image étant agencée dans une matrice. Tout d’abord, après le réglage d’une pluralité de temps d’exposition différents, ces temps d’exposition sont attribués séparément à chaque ligne du capteur de zone. Puis, la charge de signal accumulée dans l’élément de capture d’image dans le temps d’exposition attribué est extraite par une unité de ligne du capteur de zone. Puis, les charges de signal extraites sont composées par une unité d’écran du capteur de zone.
(JA) 【課題】ダイナミックレンジの拡張を図りつつ画質劣化の発生を抑制する。 【解決手段】複数の撮像素子をマトリクス状に配列したエリアセンサから、前記撮像素子に蓄積される信号電荷を読出すイメージセンサの読出し方法を次のようにする。まず、互いに時間長の異なる複数の露光時間を設定したうえでこれらの露光時間を前記エリアセンサのライン毎に個別に割り当てる。次に、割り当てた露光時間で撮像素子に蓄積される信号電荷をエリアセンサのライン単位で読出す。そして、読出した信号電荷をエリアセンサの画面単位で合成する。
