Abstract
(EN) A means for automating hermetic sealing of the reaction side surface with a thin film, e.g. a film, as preliminary arrangement in a detection substrate for performing biochemical liquid phase reaction collectively, comprising (1) a substrate containing section provided with a recess structure which can mount a substrate capable of performing biochemical liquid phase reaction collectively while substantially exposing the reaction side surface, (2) a roller slidable along the reaction side surface of the substrate mounted on the containing section, and (3) a feed out mechanism capable of sealing the reaction side surface with the thin film by sliding the roller along the reaction side surface of the substrate thereby feeding out the thin film arranged between the roller and the reaction side surface while keeping it in close contact with the reaction side surface.
(FR) L’invention concerne un moyen automatique de scellement hermétique de la surface latérale de réaction avec un film mince, par exemple un film, comme configuration préliminaire dans un substrat de détection pour réaliser une réaction de phase liquide biochimique de manière collective, comprenant (1) une section contenant le substrat pourvue d’une structure en retrait susceptible d’installer un substrat capable de réaliser une réaction de phase liquide biochimique de manière collective tout en exposant sensiblement la surface latérale de réaction, (2) un galet susceptible de coulisser le long de la surface latérale de réaction du substrat monté sur la section contenant le substrat, et (3) un mécanisme d’évacuation capable de sceller la surface latérale de réaction avec le film mince en faisant coulisser le galet le long de la surface latérale de réaction du substrat en évacuant ainsi le film mince disposé entre le galet et la surface latérale de réaction tout en le maintenant en contact étroit avec la surface latérale de réaction.
