Abstract
(EN) The invention relates to a method of detecting damage caused to the short-circuit rings and/or bars of the rotor cage of squirrel-cage asynchronous motors, regardless of the type of load used thereby. In this way, the inventive method can detect said type of faults even when the motor is operating with loads comprising a resistant torque with an oscillating or pulsating component. According to the invention, broken bars produce a significant alteration in the length spanned by each pole over the air gap of the machine and said alteration constitutes the parameter that is used as a fault detection indicator. Variations in the length of the magnetic poles are detected by measuring the flux linkage at one of the stator teeth (4), using an auxiliary winding (5) which is disposed in said stator tooth (4). The invention also relates to a squirrel-cage asynchronous motor comprising an auxiliary winding (5) which can be used to detect damage caused to the short-circuit rings and/or bars of the cage under any type of load.
(ES) La invención se refiere a un método de detección de daños producidos en las barras y/o en los anillos de cortocircuito de la jaula rotórica de motores asíncronos de jaula de ardilla, independientemente del tipo de carga con la que estén trabajando, pudiéndose detectar ese tipo de averías incluso cuando el motor está trabando con cargas cuyo par resistente presenta una componente oscilatoria o pulsante. La rotura de las barras produce una importante alteración en la longitud abarcada por cada polo sobre el entrehierro de la máquina, y esta alteración es el parámetro que se toma como indicador para la detección del fallo. Estas variaciones en la longitud de los polos magnéticos se detectan mediante la medición del flujo concatenado por uno de los dientes estatóricos (4), gracias a un bobinado auxiliar (5) dispuesto en dicho diente estatórico (4). La invención también se refiere a un motor asíncrono de jaula de ardilla, que incorpora un bobinado auxiliar (5) que permite detectar daños producidos en las barras y/o en los anillos de cortocircuito de la jaula retórica bajo cualquier tipo de carga.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de détection de dommages produits dans des barres et/ou des anneaux de court-circuit de la cage rotor des moteurs asynchrones à cage d'écureuil, indépendamment du type de charges avec lesquelles il travaille, permettant de détecter ce type de panne également lorsque le moteur travaille avec des charges dont le couple résistant présente une composante oscillante ou pulsatoire. La rupture des barres produit une altération importante dans la longueur fractionnée par chaque pôle sur l'entrefer de la machine, et cette altération constitue le paramètre qui sert d'indicateur dans la détection de panne. Ces variations dans la longueur des pôles magnétiques se détectent par le biais de la mesure du flux corrélé par une des dents du stator (4) grâce à un bobinage auxiliaire (5) placé dans ladite dent de stator (4). L'invention concerne également un moteur asynchrone à cage d'écureuil, qui comprend un bobinage auxiliaire (5) permettant de détecter les dommages produits dans les barres et/ou dans les anneaux de court-circuit de la cage rotor soumis à n'importe quel type de charge.
