Abstract
(DE) Die vorliegende Erfindung stellt einen festen, Poren aufweisender sauren Katalysator bereit, umfassend im wesentlichen Niobsäure (Nb205 x H20), bestehend aus einer Mehrzahl von unregelmäßig angeordneten Schichten aus Primärkristall-Agglomeraten, wobei die Primärkristall Agglomerate eine Größe von weniger als 0,5 µm aufweisen. Der erfindungsgemäße Katalysator eignet sich insbesondere für die Säure-katalysierte Umlagerung von Kohlenwasserstoffen und daher beispielsweise auch für die Hydroisomerisierung von (höheren) Paraffinen. Weiter betrifft die Erfindung ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines solchen Katalysators sowie die Verwendung des Katalysators.
(EN) The invention relates to a solid, porous acidic catalyst which substantially comprises niobic acid (Nb2O5 x H2O) and which consists of a plurality of irregular layers from primary crystal agglomerates, said primary crystal agglomerates having a size of less than 0.5 µm. The inventive catalyst is especially suitable for the acid-catalyzed rearrangement of hydrocarbons and therefore for example for the hydroisomerization of (higher) paraffins. The invention also relates to a method for producing said catalyst and to the use of the catalyst.
(FR) L'invention concerne un catalyseur acide, solide, présentant des pores, comprenant sensiblement de l'acide niobique (Nb205 x H20), comprenant une pluralité de couches disposées de manière non régulière d'agglomérats de monocristaux, les agglomérats de monocristal présentant une grandeur d'au moins 0,5 µm. Le catalyseur de l'invention convient en particulier à la transformation catalytique acide d'hydrocarbures, et également à l'hydroisomérisation de paraffines (supérieures). De plus, l'invention concerne un procédé pour produire le catalyseur et son utilisation.
