Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to methods and compositions designed for the treatment, management, prevention and/o amelioration of various disorders associated with aberrant expression and/or activity of one or more Eph receptor tyrosine kinase family members and/or one or more Eph receptor ligands, particularly the Ephrins. In particular, the invention provides methods for the treatment, management , prevention and/or amelioration of a disorder associated with aberrant expression and/or activity(ies) of one or more Eph receptors and/or one or more Ephrins, the method comprising administering to a subject in need thereof an effective amount of one or more Eph/Ephrin Modulators. The present invention further relates to methods of modulating antibody specificity by tailoring the affinity to cognate antigens.
(FR) L'invention concerne des méthodes et des compositions pour le traitement, la gestion, la prévention et/ou l'amélioration de différents troubles associés à l'expression aberrante et/ou à l'activité aberrante d'un ou de plusieurs membres de la famille des récepteurs Eph à tyrosine kinase et/ou un ou plusieurs ligands des récepteurs Eph, particulièrement les Ephrins. La présente invention concerne en particulier des méthodes pour traiter, gérer, prévenir et/ou améliorer un trouble associé à l'expression aberrante et/ou à l'activité (aux activités) aberrante(s) d'un ou de plusieurs récepteurs Eph et/ou un ou plusieurs Ephrins. La méthode consiste à administrer à un sujet malade une quantité suffisante d'un ou de plusieurs modulateurs Eph/Ephrin. La présente invention porte également sur des méthodes pour moduler une spécificité d'anticorps en adaptant sur mesure son affinité à des antigènes apparentés.
