Abstract
(EN) The present invention relates to a system for measuring a capacitor (C). A current source (12) is connected in parallel to the capacitor (C) between a supply plane (Vc) and ground (VGND) for providing a current to the capacitor (C). A voltage level-shift is connected between the supply plane (Vc) and the ground (VGND) in parallel to the capacitor (C) and in parallel to the current source (I2). The voltage level-shift senses a voltage across the electronic component (C) and provides a level-shifted output voltage Vot in dependence thereupon. The voltage level-shift comprises a resistor (RI) connected in series with a current source (II) and an output port interposed between the resistor (RI) and the current source (I,). The current sources (I,) and (12) have opposite temperature coefficients such that the current provided to the electronic component is substantially constant.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un système de mesure d'un condensateur (C). Une source (I2) de courant est connectée en parallèle avec le condensateur (C) entre un plan d'alimentation (VC) et la masse (VGND) afin d'alimenter le condensateur (C). Un dispositif de décalage de niveau de tension est connecté entre le plan d'alimentation (VC) et la masse (VGND) en parallèle avec le condensateur (C), et en parallèle avec la source (I2) de courant. Le dispositif de décalage de niveau de tension détecte une tension dans le composant électronique (C) et génère en conséquence une tension de sortie Vout à décalage de niveau. Le dispositif de décalage de niveau de tension comprend une résistance (R1) connectée en série à une source (I1) de courant, et un port de sortie interposé entre la résistance (R1) et la source (I1) de courant. Les sources (I1 et I2) de courant présentent des coefficients de température opposés permettant d'obtenir un courant sensiblement constant dans le composant électronique.
