Abstract
(EN) The invention relates to a method of preparing a monomer, an oligomer, a polymer or a copolymer of an organosiloxane or a functionalised silane (A), comprising the following steps consisting in: a) reacting at least one monomer, oligomer, polymer or copolymer of an organosiloxane or a silane (B) bearing at least one reactive group (Y) containing at least one epoxy function (Ep) with a nucleophile bearing at least one function (Nu) that can react with an epoxy function (Ep) in the presence of at least one enzyme that catalyses the nucleophilic opening of epoxy function(s) and, optionally, in the presence of a polymerisation inhibitor; and b) isolating the product (A).
(FR) Procédé pour préparer un monomère, un oligomère, un polymère ou un copolymère d'un organosiloxane ou silane fonctionnalisé (A) comprenant les étapes suivantes: a) on fait réagir au moins un monomère, un oligomère, un polymère ou un copolymère d'un organosiloxane ou d'un silane (B) porteur d'au moins un groupement réactif (Y) comprenant au moins une fonction époxy (Ep) avec un nucléophile porteur d'au moins une fonction (Nu) susceptible de réagir avec une fonction époxy (Ep) en présence d'au moins une enzyme catalysant l'ouverture nucléophile de fonction(s) époxy(s) et éventuellement en présence d'un inhibiteur de polymérisation ; et b) on isole le produit (A).
