Abstract
(DE) Verfahren zur Herstellung von Polyoxymethylendimethylether der Formel H3CO(CH2O)nCH3 mit n = 2 - 10, bei dem Methylal und Trioxan in einen Reaktor eingespeist werden und in Gegenwart eines sauren Katalysators umgesetzt werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die durch Methylal, Trioxan und/oder den Katalysator in das Reaktionsgemisch eingebrachte Wassermenge < 1 Gew.-%, bezogen auf das Reaktionsgemisch, beträgt. Vorzugsweise wird aus dem Gemisch der Umsetzung eine Fraktion enthaltend Polyo-xymethylendimethylether mit n = 3 und 4 destillativ gewonnen wird und Methylal, Trio-xan und Polyoxymethylendimethylether mit n < 3 und optional n > 4 in die Umsetzung zurückgeführt.
(EN) The invention relates to a method for producing a polyoxymethylene dimethyl ether of formula H3CO(CH2O)nCH3, in which n = 2 - 10. According to said method, methylal and trioxane are fed to a reactor and are reacted in the presence of an acidic catalyst. The invention is characterised in that the quantity of water that is introduced into the reaction mixture by means of the methylal, trioxane and/or the catalyst is less than 1 wt. %, in relation to the reaction mixture. Preferably, a fraction containing polyoxymethylene dimethyl ether, where n = 3 and 4, is obtained by distillation and methylal, trioxane and polyoxymethylene dimethyl ether, where n < 3 and optionally n > 4 are fed back to the reaction.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé pour produire du polyoxyméthylène diméthyléther de formule H3CO(CH2O)nCH3, où n = 2 10. Selon ce procédé, du méthylal et du trioxane sont mis dans un réacteur à réagir en présence d'un catalyseur acide. L'invention est caractérisée en ce que la quantité d'eau introduite dans le mélange réactionnel par le méthylal, le trioxane et/ou le catalyseur est < 1 % en poids, relativement au mélange réactionnel. Le mélange réactionnel permet d'obtenir par distillation une fraction contenant du polyoxyméthylène diméthyléther où n = 3 et 4, le méthylal, le trioxane et le polyoxyméthylène diméthyléther où n < 3 et éventuellement n > 4 étant réintroduits dans la transformation.
