Abstract
(EN) A mechanical continuously variable transmission, which automatically adjusts output rotate speed and torque according to the load, includes a case and a torque converter installed in the case, two one-way clutches respectively set in the front and at the end of the torque converter. The torque converter includes an input portion, a rotatable bracket, at least a set of eccentric assembly, which is rotatablely mounted on the bracket, and an output portion. The input portion and the bracket can independently and coaxial rotate. The eccentric assembly is driven by the input portion and rotates around its own axis. The transmission of this invention has high transmission efficiency and great torque convert ratio, it can adapt itself to the high-speed condition and effectively transfer great power. It has a long service life and wide scope of application.
(FR) Il est décrit une transmission mécanique à variation continue, qui ajuste automatiquement la vitesse et le couple de rotation de sortie en fonction de la charge, comprend un carter et un convertisseur de couple installé dans le carter, deux roues libres respectivement installées à l'avant et à l'extrémité du convertisseur de couple. Le convertisseur de couple comprend une partie d'entrée, un support rotatif, au moins un jeu d'ensemble excentrique, qui est monté de manière rotative sur le support, et une partie de sortie. La partie d'entrée et le support peuvent tourner indépendamment et de manière coaxiale. L'ensemble excentrique est entraîné par la partie d'entrée et tourne autour de son propre axe. La transmission de cette invention a une grande efficacité de transmission et un rapport de conversion de couple élevé, elle peut s'adapter aux conditions de vitesse et transférer efficacement une forte puissance. Elle a une longue durée de service et une large domaine d'application.
