The present invention is directed to high activity titanium oxide DeNOx catalysts. In preferred embodiments, by depositing vanadium oxide on a titania supported metal oxide such as tungsten oxide, an improved catalyst may be generated. This catalyst may be used in the treatment of exhaust from sources such as automobiles and industrial plants.

L'invention concerne des catalyseurs DeNOx d'oxyde de titane à haute activité. Dans des modes de réalisation préférés de l'invention, la méthode de l'invention consiste à déposer de l'oxyde de vanadium sur un oxyde métallique à support d'oxyde de titane, notamment un oxyde de tungstène, pour générer un catalyseur amélioré. Ce catalyseur peut être utilisé pour traiter des gaz d'échappement provenant de sources telles que des automobiles ou des installations industrielles.
