Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Einrichtung zur Überwachung einer Temperatur eines Lagers (1b) einer rotierend umlaufenden Welle (2). wobei ein Resolver (3) in der Nähe des Lagers (1b) angeordnet ist, wobei eine Statorwicklung (4) des Resolvers (3) mit einem Messstrom (Imess) beaufschlagt wird, wobei ein ohmscher Gesamtwiderstand (RG) bestehend aus ohmschen Widerstand der Statorwicklung (4) und ohmschen Widerstand (RL) der elektrischen Zuleitungen (13) zur Statorwicklung (4) mittels dem Messstrom (Imess)und mittels einen durch den Messstrom (Imess) über der Statorwicklung (4) und den Zuleitungen (13) auftretenden elektrischen Spannungsabfall (Umess), bestimmt wird, wobei falls der ohmsche Gesamtwiderstand (RG) und/oder eine aus dem ohmschen Gesamtwiderstand (RG) ermittelte Temperatur (T) des Resolvers (3) einen Grenzwert überschreitet auf eine Übertemperatur des Lagers (1b) erkannt wird. Die Erfindung schafft ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zur Überwachung einer Temperatur eines Lagers (1b) rotierend umlaufenden Welle (2), bei der zur Überwachung der Temperatur kein Temperatursensor benötigt wird.

The invention relates to a method and a device for monitoring the temperature of a bearing (1b) of a rotating shaft (2). According to the invention, a resolver (3) is placed in the vicinity of the bearing (1b) and a measuring current (Imeas) is applied to the stator winding (4) of said resolver (3). A total ohmic resistance (RG), composed of the ohmic resistance of the stator winding (4) and the ohmic resistance (RL) of the electric supply lines (13) to the stator winding (4), is determined by means of the measuring current (Imeas) and by means of an electric voltage drop (Umeas) that is caused by the measuring current (Imeas) through the stator winding (4) and the supply lines (13). If the total ohmic resistance (RG) and/or the temperature (T) of the resolver (3) that has been determined from the total ohmic resistance (RG) exceeds a threshold value, an excess temperature of the bearing (1b) is identified. The invention provides a method and a device for monitoring the temperature of a bearing (1b) of a rotating shaft (2), which do not require a temperature sensor to monitor the temperature.

L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif servant à contrôler la température d'un palier (1b) d'un arbre rotatif (2). Selon l'invention, on place à proximité du palier (1b) un résolveur (3) dont un enroulement de stator (4) est sollicité par un courant de mesure (Imes). Une résistance totale ohmique (RG), composée de la résistance ohmique de l'enroulement de stator (4) et de la résistance ohmique (RL) des câbles d'alimentation électriques (13) vers l'enroulement de stator (4), est déterminée au moyen du courant de mesure (Imes) et au moyen d'une chute de tension électrique (Umes) provoquée par le courant de mesure (Imes) au niveau de l'enroulement de stator (4) et des câbles d'alimentation (13). Si la résistance totale ohmique (RG) et/ou une température (T) du résolveur (3) déduite de la résistance totale ohmique (RG) dépasse une valeur limite, un échauffement du palier (1b) est détecté. Ainsi l'invention fournit un procédé et un dispositif pour le contrôle de la température d'un palier (1b) d'un arbre rotatif (2) qui ne nécessitent pas de capteur de température pour le contrôle de la température.
