Die Erfindung betrifft eine Luftfeder mit einem Luftfederbalg (1), dessen Balgwand (5) aus elastomerem Werkstoff mindestens eine Verstärkungslage (19) und einen Wulst (3) mit Verstärkungskern aufweist, wobei die Verstärkungslage in einer Schlinge (20) um den Verstärkungskern herumgeführt ist. Die vom Wulst abragende Balgwand liegt nicht plan auf dem Kolben auf sondern bildet im Querschnitt einen vom Kolben wegweisenden Bogen. Die Kern­schlinge kann deshalb innerhalb des Kolbendurchmessers enden. Damit wird das Abrollverhalten des Balges verbessert.

The invention relates to an air spring comprising a set of air-spring bellows (1), whose wall (5) consisting of elastomeric material has at least one reinforcement layer (19) and a thickened section (3) with a reinforced core. The reinforcement layer surrounds the reinforced core in the form of a loop (20). The bellows wall that projects from the thickened section does not lie flush on the piston but curves away from said piston when viewed in cross-section. The core loop can thus terminate inside the piston diameter, improving the rolling characteristics of the bellows.

L'invention concerne un ressort pneumatique qui comprend un soufflet de ressort pneumatique (1) dont la paroi (5) en matériau élastomère comprend au moins une couche de renforcement (19) et un bourrelet (3) à noyau de renforcement, la couche de renforcement entourant le noyau de renforcement en formant une boucle (20). La paroi de soufflet faisant saillie du bourrelet ne repose pas de manière plane sur le piston mais forme, vue en coupe transversale, un arc s'éloignant du piston. La boucle autour du noyau peut ainsi s'achever à l'intérieur du diamètre du piston, ce qui améliore le comportement du soufflet au déroulement.
