A wet-type multiple-plate friction coupling device (10) has a side plate member (20A), a drum (20) having a drum member (20B) integrally formed with a retaining plate, internal teeth alternately arranged in the drum, outer-teeth discs (30, 40), spline inner teeth (22) arranged on the inner periphery of the drum member (20B), spline outer teeth (42) formed on the outer periphery of the outer-teeth disc (40) and engaging with the spline inner teeth (22), and a hub (60) with spline outer teeth (62) engaging with spline inner teeth (32) formed on the inner periphery of the inner-teeth disc (30). On the side plate member (20A) is formed spline outer teeth (23) having the same shape as the spline outer teeth (42) of the outer-teeth disc (40), and the drum member (20B) is connected and fixed to the side plate member (20A) by engaging the spline inner teeth (22) of the drum member (20B) to the spline outer teeth (23).

L’invention concerne un dispositif de couplage par friction à plaques multiples du type humide (10), comportant un élément de plaque latérale (20A), un tambour (20) comportant un élément de tambour (20B) solidaire d’une plaque de retenue, des dents internes disposées en alternance sur le tambour, des disques à dents extérieures (30, 40), des dents intérieures de cannelure (22) disposées sur la périphérique intérieure de l’élément de tambour (20B), des dents extérieures de cannelure (42) formées sur la périphérie extérieure du disque à dents extérieures (40) et s’engrenant avec les dents intérieures de cannelure (22), et un moyeu (60) doté de dents extérieures de cannelure (62) s’engrenant avec des dents intérieures de cannelure (32) formées sur la périphérie intérieure du disque à dents intérieures (30). Sur l’élément de plaque (20A) sont formées des dents extérieures de cannelure (23) présentant la même forme que celle des dents extérieures de cannelure (42) du disque à dents extérieures (40), et l’élément de tambour (20B) est connecté et fixé à l’élément de plaque latérale (20A) par engrènement des dents intérieures de cannelure (22) de l’élément de tambour (20B) avec les dents extérieures de cannelure (23).

湿式多板摩擦係合装置10は、側板部材20Aと、リテーニングプレートが一体形成されたドラム部材20Bとからなるドラム20と、ドラム内に交互に配置された内歯、外歯ディスク30,40と、ドラム部材20Bの内周に設けられたスプライン内歯22と、外歯ディスク40の外周に形成されたスプライン内歯22に係合するスプライン外歯42と、内歯ディスク30の内周に形成されたスプライン内歯32に係合するスプライン外歯62を具えたハブ60とを有する。側板部材20Aに、外歯ディスク40のスプライン外歯42と同じ形状のスプライン外歯23が形成され、スプライン外歯23にドラム部材20Bのスプライン内歯22を係合させることによって、ドラム部材20Bが側板部材20Aに連結・固定される。
