Bei optischen, flächenhaften Messverfahren hängt die Qualität des Messergebnisses unter anderem davon ab, wie gleichmäßig die Bestrahlungsstärke über die gesamte Messfläche ist. Zur Erzielung einer hohen Gleichmäßigkeit wird ein Array (1) mit einer Vielzahl darauf angeordneter, unterschiedlich zur Hauptebene des Array beabstandeter und ihrer Winkelstellung justierter LEDs (4) verwendet.

The quality of the measuring result in extensive optical measuring methods depends inter alia upon how evenly the intensity of illumination is distributed over the total measuring surface. In order to achieve a high degree of uniformity, an array (1) comprising a plurality of LEDS (4) are used, said LEDs being arranged thereon at different distances from the main plane of the array and having an adjusted angle position.

L'invention concerne des procédés de mesure optiques surfaciques. Dans le cas de ces procédés, la qualité du résultat de mesure dépend notamment de l'uniformité de l'intensité de rayonnement sur l'ensemble de la surface de mesure. L'invention vise à obtenir une grande uniformité. A cet effet, on utilise un réseau (1) comportant plusieurs diodes (4) qui sont placées dessus à différentes distances du plan principal du réseau et leur position angulaire étant ajustée.
