Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung und ein Verfahren zur Messung der Konzentration eines Indikators, wie beispielsweise Indocyaningrün (ICG), im Blut von Patienten (3) in einem extrakorporalen Blutkreislauf (1), insbesondere bei der extrakorporalen Blutbehandlungen, wie der Leberunterstützungstherapie oder Hemodialyse, mit einer Einrichtung (12) zur Einbringung des Indikators in den Blutkreislauf (1) und zumindest einer Einrichtung (8, 17) zur Messung der Indikatorkonzentration. Zur Schaffung einer derartigen Vorrichtung bzw. eines derartigen Verfahrens, welches möglichst einfach und ohne Belastung des Patienten anwendbar ist, möglichst rasch genaue und reproduzierbare Messwerte liefert und möglichst wenig anfällig auf Bewegungsartefakte und andere Störeinflüsse ist, ist vorgesehen, dass der Indikator direkt in den extrakorporalen Blutkreislauf (1) verabreicht wird und dass die Einrichtung (8, 17) zur Messung der Indikatorkonzentration und zumindest ein Sensor (10, 18) zur Messung der Blutzusammensetzung im extrakorporalen Blutkreislauf (1) angeordnet ist.

The invention relates to a device and a method for measuring the concentration of an indicator, such as for example indocyanine green (ICG), in the blood of a patient (3) in an extracorporeal blood circulation (1), in particular during extracorporeal blood treatments, such as liver support therapy or haemodialysis, by means of a unit (12) for introducing the indicator into the blood circulation (1) and at least one unit (8, 17) for measuring the indicator concentration. The aim of the invention is to provide a device or a method of this type, which is simple to use and does not inconvenience the patient, which delivers accurate, reproducible measured values as rapidly as possible and which is the least sensitive to movement and other interference factors. To achieve this, the indicator is introduced directly into the extracorporeal blood circulation (1) and both the unit (8, 17) for measuring the indicator concentration and at least one sensor (10, 18) for measuring the blood composition are located in said extracorporeal blood circulation (1).

L'invention concerne un dispositif et un procédé pour mesurer la concentration d'un indicateur tel que, par exemple, le vert d'indocyanine (ICG), dans le sang de patients (3) dans un circuit de sang (1) extracorporel, notamment lors de traitements extracorporels du sang tels que la thérapie de soutien hépatique ou l'hémodialyse, au moyen d'un dispositif (12) qui permet de mettre l'indicateur dans le circuit de sang (1) et d'au moins un dispositif (8, 17) pour mesurer la concentration de l'indicateur. L'invention vise à créer un dispositif et un procédé de ce type, lequel est d'application la plus simple possible et la plus conviviale possible pour les patients, ce procédé fournissant des valeurs de mesure reproductibles et précises le plus rapidement possible et étant le moins sensible possible aux mouvements et aux autres facteurs de perturbation. A cet effet, l'indicateur est introduit directement dans le circuit de sang (1) extracorporel, dans lequel sont disposés le dispositif (8, 17) pour mesurer la concentration de l'indicateur et au moins un capteur (10, 18) pour mesurer la composition du sang.
