Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a basically spherical hyperbranched block copolymer having an internal hydrophobic block and an external hydrophilic block. Within the spherical copolymer, the hydrophobic block constitutes a hydrophobic layer, suitable to associate or encapsulate hydrophobic bioactive agents, while the hydrophilic block provides an outer layer, which is suitable to render the copolymer soluble or dispersible in aqueous solutions. Also claimed is a method for preparing the copolymer, which is suitable to encapsulate fragrances, flavours, drugs, agrochemicals, for example.
(FR) La présente invention se rapporte à un copolymère séquencé hyper-ramifié sensiblement sphérique possédant un bloc hydrophobe interne et un bloc hydrophile externe. A l'intérieur du copolymère sphérique, le bloc hydrophobe constitue une couche hydrophobe permettant d'associer ou d'encapsuler des agents bioactifs hydrophobes, tandis que le bloc hydrophile forme une couche externe permettant de rendre le copolymère soluble ou dispersible dans des solutions aqueuses. L'invention a également trait à un procédé de préparation du copolymère, lequel convient à l'encapsulation de parfums, d'arômes, de médicaments ou de produits agrochimiques, par exemple.
