Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft elektronische Vorrichtungen enthaltend organische Halbleiter, deren Gehalt an Halogenen kleiner als 20 ppm ist. Dadurch erhöht sich die Lebensdauer und die Effizienz der entsprechenden elektronischen Vorrichtungen, und diese Materialien sind somit besser für die Verwendung in organischen elektronischen Vorrichtungen geeignet als Materialien mit höherem Halogengehalt. Weiterhin betrifft die vorliegende Erfindung entsprechende organische Halbleiter und ein Verfahren zu deren Herstellung.

The invention relates to electronic devices containing organic semi-conductors, whereby the halogen content is less than 20 ppm. As a result, the service life and the efficiency of the corresponding electronic devices is increased, and said materials are more suitable for the use in organic electronic devices than materials having a higher halogen content. The invention also relates to corresponding organic semi-conductors and a method for the production thereof.

L'invention concerne des dispositifs électriques contenant des semiconducteurs organiques dont la teneur en halogènes est inférieure à 20 ppm. La durée de vie et l'efficacité desdits dispositifs électroniques s'en trouvent augmentées et les matériaux semiconducteurs selon l'invention sont plus adaptés à une utilisation dans des dispositifs électroniques organiques que des matériaux présentant une plus grande teneur en halogènes. La présente invention concerne également des semiconducteurs organiques correspondants et un procédé de fabrication de ceux-ci.
