[PROBLEMS] A hinge device which can set the appreciable angle of a display unit to an appropriate position to permit an optimum-angle viewing by all the crew, make the gravity-falling (opening) movement of the display unit from starting to about 30·a positive and slow one to enhance a quality level, and improve operating feeling and handling feeling in a free-stop region to allow a light operation. [MEANS OF SOLVING THE PROBLEMS] A hinge device for linking one member with another member so as to be able to be opened/closed, comprising a bracket fixed to one member, a shaft rotatably inserted into the bracket and fixed tothe other member, a braking member mounted to this shaft non-rotatably and movably in the axial direction and rotating relatively with the bracket while kept in a sliding contact it, and a plate spring member mounted to this shaft non-rotatably and movably in the axial direction and bringing the braking member into press contact with the bracket. A recessed groove having a tapered portion at one end side thereof is provided on the sliding surface between the braking member and the bracket, a protrusion in sliding contact with the bracket sliding surface, the recessed groove and the tapered portion is provided on the sliding surface between the braking member and the bracket, and the protrusion has a flat portion at the top thereof with as least one end side continuous from the flat portion forming the tapered portion.

Dispositif de charnière permettant de régler l’angle sensible d’un dispositif d’affichage à une position appropriée pour que tout l’équipage dispose d’un angle de visualisation optimal, de faire du mouvement de chute-gravité (ouverture) du dispositif d’affichage de sa position de départ à environ 30° un mouvement positif et lent. Le but du dispositif est d’améliorer le niveau de qualité, l’impression de fonctionnement et de manipulation dans une zone sans arrêt afin de permettre un fonctionnement léger. Le dispositif à charnière servant à relier un organe à un autre organe pour permettre une ouverture/fermeture, comporte un support fixé à un organe, un axe introduit de façon à pouvoir tourner dans le support et fixé à l’autre organe, un organe de freinage monté à cet axe de façon à ne pas pivoter et à se déplacer dans le sens axial et tournant par rapport au support tout en maintenant un contact coulissant avec celui-ci, et un organe de plaque de ressort monté sur cet axe de façon à ne pas pivoter et à se déplacer dans le sens axial et amenant l’organe de freinage en contact de pression avec le support. Une gorge renfoncée présentant une partie biseautée sur un côté d’extrémité de celle-ci est ménagée sur la surface coulissante entre l’organe de freinage et le support ; une protubérance en contact coulissant avec la surface coulissante de support, la gorge renfoncée et la partie biseautée est réalisée sur la surface coulissante entre l’organe de freinage et le support, la protubérance possèdant une partie plate au sommet de celle-ci avec au moins un côté d’extrémité continu de la partie plate formant la partie biseautée.

課題 ディスプレイ装置の鑑賞可能な角度を任意な位置とすることができ、すべての乗員が最適の角度で鑑賞できるようにし、また、始動から略30°位までのディスプレイ装置の自重での落下(開き)の動きを確実で緩やかな動きとして品位を向上させると共に、フリーストップの領域の作動感、操作感を向上させ、軽く操作できるようにしたヒンジ装置の提供にある。 解決手段 一方の部材と他方の部材を開閉可能に連結するヒンジ装置であって、一方の部材に固定されるブラケットと、該ブラケットに回転自由に挿着され他方の部材に固定されるシャフトと、このシャフトに回転不可で軸方向には移動可能に装着され前記ブラケットと互いに摺接して相対回転する制動部材と、前記シャフトに回転不可で軸方向移動自在に装着され前記制動部材をブラケットに押圧当接する板ばね部材とより成る。前記ブラケットの制動部材との摺接面には、一端側がテーパ部と成っている凹溝が設けられ、前記制動部材のブラケットとの摺接面には、前記ブラケットの摺接面、凹溝及びテーパ部と摺接する凸起が設けられ、該突起は頂部が平坦部でその平坦部に連続する少なくとも一端側がテーパ部となっている。
