Abstract
(EN)
A cylindrical roller bearing, wherein relief grooves (23) are formed in an inner ring (20) at corner parts where a raceway surface (21) crosses collar faces (24). Chamfers (42) are formed on each of cylindrical rollers (40) at corner parts where the rolling surface (41) crosses the end face (43) thereof. Where the height of the chamfer (42) from the rolling surface (41) is (h) and the radius of curvature of the chamfered part is (R), the relation of 1.0 ≤ R/h ≤ 1.5 is established.

Roulement à rouleaux cylindriques contenant des rainures en relief (23) formées dans une bague intérieure (20) au niveau de parties en coin au niveau desquelles une surface de chemin de roulement (21) croise les faces de collier (24). Des chanfreins (42) sont formés sur chacun des rouleaux cylindriques (40) au niveau des parties en coin où la surface de roulement (41) croise la face d’extrémité (43). La relation de 1,0 ≤ R/h ≤ 1,5 est établie, (h) étant la hauteur du chanfrein (42) entre la surface de roulement (41) et (R) le rayon de courbure de la partie chanfreinée.

 円筒ころ軸受の内輪20には、軌道面21と鍔面24とが交わる隅部にぬす溝23が設けられている。円筒ころ40には、転動面41と端面43とが交わる角部に面取り42が設けられている。転動面41からの面取り42の高さをhとし、面取り部の曲率半径をRとすると、1.0≦R/h≦1.5の関係が成立する。
